Manufacturing Details
Our team uses the best available equipment and products including water cooled Fronious Welders and Safra Welding Alloy. The quality of our welders allows us to avoid dressing, machining or grinding of finished welds, maintaining design strength and performance. We also benefit from the use of specifically designed extrusions and in-house shop drawing development.
Why Aluminium?
Lightweight, non-corrosive and infinitely recyclable, aluminium is a super metal! Raw aluminium reacts with air, forming a thin layer of aluminium oxide, which acts as a protective coating. If scratched, the newly exposed aluminium reacts with air, subsequently protecting the scratch. It’s like a self-healing metal! There’s no need for extensive maintenance inspections and provides great strength to weight ratio, is UV stable and long lasting.
